Maker:
No maker mark just artist signature, handpainted portrait of a Gibson Girl with I believe winter apparel on....from an estate.
Condition:
No chips or cracks, Barely noticeable in person is a very thin scratch on surface of chin. The photos make it show up WAY more, in person you don't see it unless very close up due to shading there. So don't believe it attracts from beauty or value. This charger is really even more stunning in person.
